FEB 2020- FEB 2021 ALL SALES ARE FINAL WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS DUE TO COVID.

In order to be eligible for a refund or exchange you have to return the product within 3 calendar days of your purchase. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. There is a 40% restock fee taken from the refund.

We reserve the right to not issue a refund

We will not refund for units (wigs) being too big or too small please know your measurements

IF THE LACE IS CUT ON A WIG, THERE WILL BE NO REFUND ISSUED 


After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

 


If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 3 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund, but you may contact the shipping carrier to file a claim if the item was damaged during shipping
